About this Nominee
Young Life Orange is a local non-profit ministry operating in partnership with the global Young Life organization. We offer fun, life-changing experiences for middle school, high school, and college students. Through relationship-based mentoring, Young Life helps students explore their faith, discover purpose, and navigate life with a trusted adult leader by their side. Young Life is more than a program—it is a long-term investment in students' lives.
With the goal of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith, Orange Young Life provides highly trained mentors and well-provisioned support programs for all kids, regardless of race, gender, class, creed, ability, or a response to faith. Across the globe, Young Life creates settings for fun and adventure as well as spiritual formation and mentorship support. We do the same here in Orange.
Young Life Orange currently serves students at Orange High School and Chapman University with a goal of starting programs at Villa Park High School, El Modena High School, and Canyon High School, as well as several local middle schools in the near future. We are always looking for the next great volunteer leader and work hard all year long fundraising to support the ministry.
