The Dungeon is proud to be a locally owned, family-run fitness studio serving Orange County since 2013. As a veteran-owned, we are passionate about creating a welcoming community where people of all fitness levels can challenge themselves, grow stronger, and feel supported.
What started as a single studio has grown into a movement built on hard work, authenticity, and a commitment to helping our members become the strongest version of themselves. From our signature Lagree and Versa climber workouts to our incredible team and loyal community, every class is designed to inspire confidence and deliver results.
